We understand that applying to HEAR can seem like a daunting process. We have tried to include all the information you need in the HEAR Handbook and in this website. That said, we know that you may have more questions and we want to do our best to answer those quickly and simply. You can check the Frequently Asked Questions below to see if you find what you are looking for there. If you don’t find what you are looking for in the FAQs, you can call the CAO or a HEAR advisor.
It is best to call the CAO if you have questions about making your CAO application or about the Supplementary Information Form.
If you have questions about the documents you need for HEAR or about anything else to do with HEAR, a HEAR advisor would be more than happy to take your call. There is a HEAR advisor in every participating college. You do not have to call the college closest to you, nor do you have to call the college you are applying to. All the colleges will be able to give you the same information.
One thing to remember is that the HEAR advisors can only discuss your application with you, your parents/ guardians or another individual nominated by you (this is so we maintain your confidentiality).
For those of you not making an application at this time, the HEAR advisors will be happy to answer any questions you may have too, or the information you are looking for may be in the FAQs section below.
