DARE HEAR OUTCOMES FOR 2025 APPLICANTS HAVE BEEN RELEASED.

The outcomes for DARE and HEAR applications were released on Tuesday, the 24th of June 2025.

If You Were Deemed Eligible as a DARE or HEAR applicant, you do not need to take any further action. If you were deemed Ineligible as a DARE or HEAR applicant and wish to appeal this decision, please follow the steps below carefully.

1. Visit the CAO Website:
   Go to www.cao.ie.
2. Log In to Your Account:
   
   • Click on the ‘My Application’ section.
   • Enter your CAO application number and password.
3. Check Your Application Outcome:
   
   • Once logged in, select ‘Application Outcome’.
   • This section will display the outcome of your DARE or HEAR application.
   • If ineligible, you will find detailed reasons provided.
   • You are entitled to appeal the outcome of your ineligibility. Please see the next steps for this
   • process. 

Review and Appeal Process:

If you wish to appeal your application outcome, please see the following steps:

1. Complete the Review and Appeals form online and send supporting documentation to the CAO by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, 2 July 2025.
2. Access this form through the ‘My Application’ section on www.cao.ie.
3. Click on the ‘HEAR Review and Appeal Form’ or ‘DARE Review and Appeal Form’ button.

🛑 Your appeal is not considered submitted until you receive a confirmation email from the CAO.

📬 If submitting additional documentation (e.g., objective evidence, proof of postage), it must be sent by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, 2 July 2025, via post to the Central Applications Office, Tower House, Eglinton Street, Galway, H91 X25V, Ireland.

Note: Changes in circumstances cannot be considered during the Review and Appeals process.
