We’re delighted to see the return of our in-person DARE HEAR Information Day, taking place in various locations in our higher education institutions on January 11th from 10 am – 2 pm. These events give DARE and HEAR applicants a chance to meet one-on-one with DARE and HEAR Practitioners, ask questions about their application and gain insights into the kind of supports their local college or university provides for students who apply to DARE or HEAR.
Please see all the locations below, along with the links to register your interest. We are asking people to register just to ensure each location knows who will be attending, you are not required to register.
Our higher education institutes have teamed up to host the January Information Day. For example, staff from Trinity College Dublin (TCD) and Dublin City University (DCU) will collaborate with staff from Technological University Dublin (TUD) at Grangegorman, while staff from Munster Technological University (MTU) will partner with staff from University College Cork (UCC) at Devere Hall.
This means you don’t have to attend the information day at the higher education institute you plan to apply to. Instead, you can choose the location most convenient for you. If you receive an invitation from the access or disability officer linked to your area or school, it means they will be attending the event they are inviting you to.
