September is here, which means it’s back-to-school time for students across the country ✨ Access College is delighted to welcome everyone into a new academic year with some exciting updates and opportunities to connect.

As part of our commitment to supporting students and schools, the Access College website will be updated during the week of Higher Options. These updates will include:
- ✅ The new DARE and HEAR criteria for 2026 applications
- 🎨 A brand refresh with a cleaner look and improved navigation
- 📄 Updated documentation and guidance for students, parents, and schools

📍 Meet Us at Higher Options
Access College will also be attending Higher Options in the RDS, Dublin, on the 17th, 18th, and 19th of September. This is a fantastic opportunity to:

📖 DARE-HEAR Handbooks
Your school has been sent DARE-HEAR handbooks — please do reach out to your teacher or guidance counsellor to avail of them. These handbooks are there to support you throughout the application process. They’re packed with useful information, so:
- 🏠 Take them home
- 👨👩👧 Talk to your parents or guardians about them
- ✍️ Use them to inform and strengthen your application
They are a really good resource, so make the most of them!
